    I am pregnant for the first time and I am at 8 weeks. I used to do exercise daily till the first trimester to get my body in shape for childbirth. Its really refresh your mind and mood, I would suggest to every pregnant lady that to exercise daily to keep you and your baby fit. We can’t get proper sleep nights but if we are doing exercise then no power will stop you give birth to healthier baby. thanks for this tips ..!!

    Hello, I recently have check my conceiving and resulted positive I am pregnant now. I thought why should I not take the proper care of my child from initial stage so that I wouldn’t report any disorder in future to take my child birth. This time I am exploring the things to do or not do while pregnancy. and this information will surely effect me i think ,as i know that exercise is the imperative part of one’s life,. i will do start exercise from now.
