She follows a simple diet plan and anyone who is willing to lose weight can easily follow it. The actress simply believes to eat what is healthy for the body. Unlike many obese people, she doesn’t starve herself at all and eats at regular intervals of time which include fibre-rich food in the meal.

Breakfast

Every morning, the stunning actress starts her day with a glass of warm water. For breakfast, she usually prefers idlis, egg whites, and a bread toast.

Lunch

Another secret for perfect-shaped body is restricting to homemade food only.  She eats chapatis, dal, salad, fruits and vegetables for her lunch.

While shooting for Coolie No.1, her co-star Varun Dhawan took a picture of Sara’s lunch meal and shared it on his social media. The lunch plate comprised of sabzi, ragi or bajra roti and three slices of cucumber.

Snacks

Sara always loves to have her snacks but only healthy ones. She prefers a bowl of vegetable upma for evening snack.

Dinner

Her dinner usually consists of green vegetables and chapatis.

Pre-and Post- Workout Foods

Before hitting the gym and performing vigorous workout, she eats a light meal. Sara Ali Khan diet plan includes a bowl of muesli along with fruits and oats. For her regular post-workout meals, she eats tofu, salads, legumes, and a protein shake.

The actress also suffered a medical condition in the past. She had PCOS – a condition that affects a woman’s hormone levels. It was one of the major reasons that she gained weight. But that’s the past. Now, she has beaten it all with a healthy diet plan and regular fitness regime to transform into a jaw-dropping figure.
