How to whiten teeth instantly to maintain rack of pearl whites?

“Your smile is not just your own way to express happiness” says dental experts. How to whiten teeth instantly is the question we often ask? We frequently see people resorting to different ways to hide their yellow teeth. Having a rack of pearl whites is everyone’s dream, not only it looks good, it also makes you feel confident. The sad truth is that some people, no matter how many times a day they brush, still have stained teeth. And why do the teeth get stained?

As one dentist reporting for the Dentistry IQ website puts it, “It is a misnomer that whiter teeth are the same as healthy teeth, since tooth color has very little to do with the health of the tooth. The consumer perception, though, is that white teeth equal a healthy mouth, and perception is reality.”

Here are the reasons evidencing why teeth gets yellow:

Teeth become discoloured, turn yellow or even brown, because of the tints that develop on the surface of enamel as well as inside the teeth’s structure.A very common occurrence of pale yellow colour in adults is also be due to dental erosion and some other gum diseases. • Drinking coffee or tea.
  • Smoking cigarettes.

  • Genetic factors

Here are the ways to naturally whiten your teeth instantly:

  1. Hydrogen peroxide: Hydrogen peroxide is an antibacterial agent. Which can help keep your mouth clean and free from germs. To use hydrogen peroxide effectively use half water and half the agent and rinse your mouth with the solution for a minute.
  1. Use apple cider vinegar: Apple cider vinegar (ACV) works as a natural antibiotic for teeth and gum. ACV is especially used to remove tints caused due to some common substances found in coffee, tea, nicotine etc.
